Do all of their models come with the small Lock that is on the Scout ? Reason i ask is i have troubles with my Scout lock. Was thinking of a Kibler Woodsrunner kit in a .45, but it comes with a r ball twist. I'm picky n don't want another r-ball shooter, want to shoot conicals of which i have several molds for.

Different Ped guns come with different locks, cal's and twist. Go to the Ped site and go through the specs to find what you're looking for. Semper Fi.

I've always been partial to larger locks and think a large flint lock looks much better on a rifle than a smaller one. They also spark better and are generally more reliable. American built locks are very often much better built and more reliable than imported locks. The locks supplied by Jim Chambers or Jim Kibler, for instance, are exponentially more reliable than the imported ones. The Spanish & Italian locks can be great to atrocious to worthless.
