I am needing to by some powder and I am looking at Graft & sons own brand. Any one know how good it is,i need to order 10 pounds soon.

Graf's black powder is made by Wano. It is called Schuetzen in Europe and I use it instead of Goex. It is cheaper, cleaner and has more uniform granules than Goex IMO.
Old Eynesford is made by Goex and is higher quality than Goex or Wano (Schuetzen).
Swiss is considered the best black powder available but is pretty darned expensive.

But, less is needed. In practice the cost per shot is pretty much a wash.
However, my experience with Swiss is my accuracy has gone wild. Groups :shake: no way to call them groups. All over the board. Now that greenup is here time at bench to figure out this dilema is at hand.
However, for the question, with powder being somewhat hard to find for many, I suggest buying what you can regardless of brand and working with that until you can get what you want from a reliable source. Ordering a case from Powder, Inc. is a good way to go. Up front expensive but in the long run best bet.
