I worked as a toolmaker for 10+ years. I routinely worked to tolerances of + or- .0002. I never learned cnc programming so my work was all performed on manual machine tools. Over the years, I developed a bit of an eye for detail and quality. I think the work you guys do with a few hand tools is phenomenal! I'm planning on a .32 cal. Tennesee rifle in-the-white kit from TVM. The information and videos here are priceless. As long as one is safe, I don't think the method matters, only the result.
