Hi All,When cutting strips of patch material for a 54 calibre Ml could some one tell me the best width? In Inchs Please,also if the same strip width is ok for 50 cal as well. Regards,Tony.
 
About 1 1/2 inche wide gives you enough material for a slight error, and still allows you to trim the patch at the muzzle for uniformity.
