I know. I can’t even cast a fishing rod yet. I’ll have the Woodsrunner finished in time to get it shooting right before deer and bear seasons.
 
The shoulder movement and tension while sanding, even lightly, probably irritates your weakened muscles, etc. (?)

I've had both rotator cufs done and understand your present discomfort and frustration with behaving oneself to heal properly. You can still fondle the hardware 😉
