After bending my front sight while removing the rifle from the car, I made a hard case out of some light plywood trimmings and sheep skin scraps, now I can haul the rifle in the bed of the truck just fine.
 
I’m pretty happy with my Unique cases. I also use the silicone infused gun socks as an extra layer of protection. If using the silicone infused gun socks, you can fit more guns in your safe with them because you can have them touching and they don’t get scratched or marred up.
