Recently purchased a large white powder horn from Track of the Wolf. Cannot get the fill cap off for the life of me. Any suggestions ? Vise grips wouldn’t even budge it!

Thanks for getting me up to speed on horns!Should have done more research on original horns. I already had one I inherited from my brother that has the brass plug and bushing. Just made a wrong assumption they all had fill plugs in the butt.
A fill cap in the butt is not really needed. Sometimes the channel in the small end benefits from being opened up a very small amount though.Recently purchased a large white powder horn from Track of the Wolf.
