Here are some pics of my Traditions Pennsylvania.
I am installing a L&R lock that I polished and tuned.
I am also reshaping the stock and will brown the barrel when done.
I have been working with John Schippers on this as he is instructing my progress along with many other aspects of gunsmithing. This is truly a wonderous experience learning with him. What a craftsman!!!!! http://s1185.photobucket.com/albums/z347/msuspartandon/Pennsylvania rebuild/
(hopefully this works)

Cheers, DonK

Me too. Will be an interesting venture to see how this turns out.
Started out as a very heavy rifle and with all the wood I have taken off and Mr. Schippers thinks about 4" off the barrel too. The wrist and 'nose' have see the most change. The butt has really changed so it will be neat to see the finished rifle.
Oh well....back to sanding.

Cheers, DonK

Seems like you have made some tasteful choices. I think you are doing a great job of reworking this rifle. Let us see the finished goods!
