I received this powder measure today and was wondering if this forum can give me some clues on its origin and time period. It is rather large and has a separate 100 grain capacity area in the heal accessible through a twist nob in the base.

Yes it is a T/C measure, I have one but I can't find it right now. Mime was brass and black plastic. The drop down sleeve was plastic. I think the sliding funnel was plastic also, if I find it I will post a picture.
