Musket caps are their own size.I like the reviews: "Too Big!", "Would be helpful if they said #10 or #11"

It`s a musket cap ,it`s supposed to have hazmat
The hazardous materials fee is not required by any government agency. That fee is something that shippers of hazardous materials arbitrarily charge the customer for the additional requirements of shipping hazardous materials, and it is not required.
IMO at $24 a tin, shipping and HM fees are already factored in.

1 sight looked at recently only had #10. I think it was powder valley but not sure
Nope. They put off EVERYTHING but musket.
