Found this website while googling some things. Check it out when you get a chance. You can order hides, teeth, claws, bones, a bunch of different types of sheds and more. Really cool site that might be able to help some out with some of their handmade items.

Moscow Hide and Fur is good folks and if you like them also check out www.eidnesfurs.com - I've bought from both for years....

Nice looking items. Looking at the prices makes me think I have a small fortune in my closet that I have acquired hunting over the years. Plus seeing his price for ground hog hides makes me think I should not be feeding my groundhogs to the buzzards. :idunno: :idunno:

I have bought from them and always seemed pleased with what i got

I've spent so much money with them over the past few years it ain't funny. A good company to deal with. Shipping is your standard UPS shipping. Not sure about smaller items but just checking the last Elk hide I bought was $12.00 and change to ship.

well, i don't know much about elk hides but i would assume they have a good bit of weight to them and are rather large. So maybe shipping won't be too much. I just want to order some main beam sections for knife handles and may some tines for smaller knives.

they will ship either UPS or USPS Priority mail if you ask - the latter is generally cheaper especially for small items.

When I need to buy for knife handles I prefer Culpepper's http://www.knifehandles.com/
