No clue from your profile where you live. You may want to update it. Is this is a ‘local’ law thing, or just something with the club.

Also curious what type of ‘metallic’ rod is so dangerous. Steel? Stainless steel? Brass? Aluminum? Titanium? Copper? Kind of a wide open topic. Enquirering minds want and need to know.
