CCI # 11 Caps on Sale

This happened at the South Zanesville Walmart late last week.
The store is in a major remodeling project for the entire store
Best guess- a box of CCI caps was found in a store room, possibly from last year, then put on sale for $ 1.00/100??
All the packs are long gone today

Looks like the same bar code on the ones they just stocked in my local Walmart!

Last year's price was $5.32. I bet they are still in the box, probably on top of the shelf. Ask them to run the stock on them. Most stores are getting at least 20 packs.

I checked a Walmart today that I got a couple tins from last year. Not here yet. The girl working there said they just show up. She didn’t know when it would be. I’ll go back in a few weeks. It was August last year when I found them.

Date on barcode is 07/13/23, so been putting them out for a few weeks. I found them at random Wal-Mart stores last year. I did show one of the guys last year in the sporting goods a picture of the barcode. He scanned it and was able to tell me what stores had them in stock. So maybe try that at the next store you check out.

Great idea!
I did that once on a smoker grill… had the local Walmart check the others within 50 miles or so and he found the one I wanted.

I posted about them being at Walmart a few days ago. I’ve made a return visit since then. Slowly building my supply. The last Walmart I was at, I had to pull the box from the top shelf. They were not out on display.

I found them at two different Walmarts in Tennessee this past week.

I think at this point it’s obvious CCI has recently made a run of caps.

With that said, don’t expect the drought to be at an end. As production switches back to rimfires etc. don’t expect these caps to remain on the shelf.

In other words, by now and stack deep.

Powder Valley have them.
Muzzle-Loaders have them.
Maybe even Walmart depending on where you live!
