What Frontier Rifle is This?!

Yesterday i buy this nice Frontier Rifle in .Caliber!i looks like a Pedersoli but i was suprised that Pedersoli use a Maple Stock and that Rearsight..i have an Frontier Rigle also Pedersoli but i have WalnutStock and fixed Rearsight. Can use Explain please?!

Can you post a photograph of any markings or stamps on the barrel? They should identify the maker and possibly what model the gun is.

If it lacks the Italian barrel markings, could be a Hatfield. My memory also says there was a small shop in Nevada 1970s to 1980s that made rifles that looked like that as well. Bugs me I can't remember the name...

Ok so i cant open the linkbit the barrel is marking with pedersoli only the nice maple and the sight is other than the normal Type

Is that maple, or just a lucky bit of Curly walnut? IIRC the only maple frontier rifles pedersoli makes are the deluxe model, but this one doesn’t have a patchbox.

It look like a Pedersoli Frontier with a nicer than average stock and a rear sight change. Nice rifle!

Das ist gut preis fur das Gewehr, aber ich glaube es ist nicht Pedersoli Frontier Gewehr. Ich habe gesehen ein Nippel wie das an CVA Gewehren und Sie sind richtig... das Sicht ist nicht richtig. Es tut mir leid, mein Deutsch ist nicht gut.

That is a good price for that rifle, but I belive it is not a Pedersoli Frontier rifle. I have seen a nipple like that on CVA rifles and you are right, that rear sight is not correct. I'm sorry, my German is not good.

It looks to me like an "old" Hatfield. Some really nice rifles came out of that company.
