now the swage for the bullets, is that like a short piece of barrel inwich the bulet is pushed through to engrave the ball for the barrel to shoot?

I have a Westley Richards single barrel .640
(18 bore?) stalking rifle. Half the barrels and bore size. I'll let it go for $12,000.00.
