I have been searching through the "net" for a "STEEL" adjustable black powder measure.(40 -120 grains) I want to give it an aged patina. Does anyone know where I can find one. I remember seeing an article in a past Muzzleloader magazine of someone that was making them. I believe it was in March 2002. Can anyone find the article? Thank you.

I don't know about the article but Log Cabin over in Lodi, Ohio carries them. I have one and they even look HC instead of modern. You might give them a call.
