Thanks for the contact, GMB. I sent my barrel to Coyote Joe last Wednesday. It traveled from Western NY to CO, Coyote Joe did the work and I received it back today. 8 days,how's THAT for turn around. Going out this afternoon to test fire it with both shot and PRB. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

Without re-reading all 5 pages, did you say what the weight is of your Fowler? It is a TVM Fowler right? Is the barrel nice and light weight, but able to handle good stiff loads of round ball??

very manageable in the woods,once you get up to 80 grns of ffg and a ounce and a quarter you staet to feel the punch!
