Hello

I am getting back into black powder after being out of it for many years.

In my teens I was very active in collecting and shooting civil war guns. A father-son bond was collecting.

The collection was liquidated to fund my education.

I still miss them.

Now dad is gone and my own children have grown up. I am retired and have the time.

The originals are irreplaceable but I am starting to gather my favorite new made period guns.

Parker Hale were always favorites. And my Ruger old model army.

l will be posting to help gather information on a PH 1858 I recently acquired. I’m interested in databases to learn about production info
