Good morning.
Not exactly sure where to post this thread.
In September my wife and I will be going to South Carolina and North Carolina from Central Florida. We will be going up I-95 to
Myrtle Beach then working our way to Asheville and then to Cherokee not sure which route we will be taking on our way home.
Wonder if anyone here knows of some good gun shops for Traditional Muzzleloaders and Period Correct muzzleloading accessories, or Trade Stores, Antique Shops etc....

Thanks to all, appreciate any info.

Your best bet is gonna be pawn shops, and that is hit and miss. Been chasing these goodies for awhile
Mule, thanks Brother.
We're in Cherokee now. We have stopped at a couple dozen pawn shops and gun shop from N.E. Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina nothing other than 2 over price cap and ball revolvers. I've heard all about "You can't get them anymore, to hard to clean, missfire to much and the laws and legalities about traditional muzzleloaders." It's unbelievable the way people think about the guns we all use love.
I want early retire in a few years, and open Gum Slough Traditional Muzzleloaders and Muzzleloading Supplies.
I'll keep trying, I've made up my mind when I get home I'm ordering the Kibler Colonial in .58 Smoothbore.
Again thanks.
Best Regards, Fred
