$24 a pound, over the counter?!!?

Last pound I bought over the counter was $18; I think OE was around $22 and Swiss was about $23 but I never seen it 'over the counter'

But then the last shipment I got, a mixture of Shchu, Swiss, and Graf brand, came to just about $25/lb.
