If you really want to have some fun, when you're hunting elk bring along some chocolate malted milk balls in your pocket. When you're with your hunting buddy and you spot some elk droppings conceal a ball in your hand and pretend to pick up a dropping. Smell it, make some comment about how long ago it was dropped, the say, now for the definitive test to see if it was a cow or bull and pop it into your mouth and crunch away... :barf:

I don't know, probably somebody in California would find a reason to outlaw them too. You know, "Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints."
