Just curious🤔 Has anyone ever removed the for lack of better description the thumb piece on a trapper pistol in order to give the grip a more curved grip? Any photos would be great!

That hump on the Trapper is there for a purpose. When you get hot and sweaty it can be hard to keep a smooth curved stock in a good grip. That lip fits in the web between thumb and forefinger to provide some stability.
