Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
Just curious Has anyone ever removed the for lack of better description the thumb piece on a trapper pistol in order to give the grip a more curved grip? Any photos would be great!
That hump on the Trapper is there for a purpose. When you get hot and sweaty it can be hard to keep a smooth curved stock in a good grip. That lip fits in the web between thumb and forefinger to provide some stability.
