Anybody know a good shipping vendor for No. 5 copper plated shot? Since pheasnat season started here my supply of N0. 4 Lawrence copper plated shot has been going down fast.

After reading Britsmooty's post on smoothbore, I thought I will give 5's a try.

I bought a small bag from Ballistics Products. They also carry Lead #5 shot. I am told to expect to see the price on shot begin to fall after the first of the year, BTW. Your local dealer will probably wait to sell off any of his current, expensive inventory before he reduces his prices. Current price for a 25 lb. bag of shot here was $33.00 yesterday. I am waiting until after the first of the year to buy more.
