I think most are going to ask for better pics first off. From what I see, some kind of British musket, maybe commercial?Has a much later replacement ramrod. Get close ups of the lock, all the brass furniture, then others will be able to give you better info.
3 rd pattern brown bess . agreed. ram rod is not original. looks pre 1808 by the cock.[ hammer]

You have a Pattern 1809 Type II (India Pattern Type II) commercial musket, issued to a military unit somewhere, but probably not a British line regiment.

Much agree. I can just barely make out what's left of the prancing lion on the lock plate.
