Howdy all,
I was wondering if anyone has experience in building the R.E. Davis Jaeger rifle? I have looked at the Chambers “Edward Marshall” kit but want to use that as my second build from component parts kit. I have built 2 “kit” rifles and have many books and videos from Chambers on building rifles. I know this is a loaded question but, how difficult is the R.E. Davis rifle to build? Are they like any other component kit out there in reference to the amount of work that goes into building it? The Davis kit is cheaper then the TOW Jaeger kit and I know I don’t have the experience to build the Dunlap Jaeger kit.
