Went to the range today to shoot my new 32 caliber that I just built. I did it once before but the wind came up so bad couldn’t shoot. At our range the closest target are at 50 Yard line. So that’s what I was shooting it’s a 32 caliber rice barrel round bottom rifling Carved the stock from a solid chunk of walnut finished it is hey Southern mountain rifle. Still need to work on the sides but all in all I was happy with today 550D41B6-C053-42BB-9C28-1BAA8C2BC75B.jpegCEC77995-5B20-41E5-94C5-BD0C0A4B1357.jpeg The holes in the brown target or not mine

Sorry it took time to post.this is my squirrel rifle I put this together with what I had on hand. The but portion was hacked on before I got it , so it is a rather straight stock as it turned out just right for me. 15 in lop I made the trigger assembly ram pips front and rear sights,I did all the inlays and cut barrel channel ram rod channel.the lock is from Peter solo.
