Welcome from Eastern England, and from another part-time Ontarian! Good luck finding a real Parker-Hale rifle, BUT, if you do, you can tell the real deal from the post bust-up models by checking the serial number. Anything around 9000 or less is good, and anything more than 14,000 is definitely not good.
