Picking up one of these, It's an early gun and .45 is the only caliber I've never owned. What info do you guys have on it and loads would be appreciated . This is the first production gun I've owned in years. It's mostly going to be a hunting gun for our joke of a deer season in aroostook county Maine.Thanks.
 
Mine is a .45. I do paper punching with smaller charges but best accuracy is usually with 60 grains of 3F Goex, although it does well with anything up to 90 grains. Regular cotton patches rather than pillow ticking seem to work best for me.
