For anyone that has taken this class, are you able finish the rifle in the 5 days? Once you go through I guess you would have a good understanding of the process so you could complete a build on your own?
 
This is the first time that he is teaching the class. You will easily get the rifle done in 5 days. The extra days are spent learning to and doing some carving on them. Will you be able to build one on your own after this class is over? A scratch build is vastly different then a kit build, especially one as easy as a Kibler. IMO
