To me, caplocks have no soul. Started out with them, but once I went to flint, I really got sucked in.

I can't imagine it NOT being a flintlock. But Jim hopefully will offer what the masses want, but I feel certain the gun will match whatever time period it represents.

Now that I have found the Kibler guns, and the locks that come with them, and having found that Paul Valandigham article, I can't imagine using others' makes of locks. (Save for my Pedersoli Jaeger flinter). Yes, Rocklocks are an acquired taste, but it is a great taste.
Speaking of which, it's grilling season now, isn't it! I gotta get some charcoal!
