Lots of pigs here in Georgia. Anybody use a flint pistol? I have two .54's and a .62 smooth bore.
 
No, but I just finished a .54 Kentucky kit and after a few range sessions I may be ready to give it a go. I’ll likely file the brass front sight down to POI at 25 yards after working up a consistent load.

Hogs can be, well, very dangerous. A flint pistol of .50 or larger should do the trick if the shot's placed well.
