For anything 'good', I myself only use Norton cloth-backed abrasives, learned that from my machinst days ...
Try combat abrasives, US made veteran owned and employed, unless you're doing fine machine finishing work, these are good enough!
 
After battling the nightmare of cheap, crappy abrasives in machine shops I have become snobbish. I will do everything I can to stick with name brands such as 3M, Norton and the like.
I can’t afford cheap.
