Deer season kicking off in Oregon

This weekend opens general modern rifle deer season in Oregon.Since I'm more about the hunt than the kill, I prefer to hunt all season with a traditional MZ. My last deer was with my 62 smoothbore. This year, I'll hunt with a GPR caplock in 54 cal. Roundball for sure :wink:

Same gun for Elk, if I go in November.

Love hunting in Oregon, hunted up there for 10yrs with traditional bows. Would love to do it with a smokepole some day.
