FIREARMS! Shhhhh

Somehow we got a break. Muzzleloaders are not considered firearms! Duh. A tube filled with an explosive when ignited expels a cloud of flame, smoke and a projectile(s) but it is not a firearm! The USPS is more worried if we ship or receive a watch with a lithium battery. Must be disclosed. But not us.

Tell me that is not a firearm because it does not have a metallic cartridge, firing pin? Come on!

But somehow Muzzle loaders are exempt. And we can have them sent to us by almost every carrier and we do not have someone with an FFL (Federal Firearms License) with all kinds of credentials to run interference for us.

We can plunk down our money and buy our muzzle loaders and nobody cares. Background check? Hah! Though we only have one shot, one devastating shot that can kill about anything that walks the earth.

So my point, keep quiet about this! Don't let the anti-gun crowd know. When you buy with PayPal, USPS, UPS, etc. Just state it is just an artifact. Farm equipment. Antique. Anything else because it is not a firearm. Don't call it one.

I fear one day "they" will figure it out and regulate us. Shhhhh

Except they ARE firearms. Muzzleloaders are considered *antique* firearms, but they are firearms nonetheless.

Every felon out there in felony land knows they can get a cap and ball revolver or rifle anywhere. So do the cops. The big gun control push won’t involve firearms. It will be the AMMUNITION.

Some muzzleloader do require an ffl.

I bought a Loyalist musket last year. They are in Canada
I got two boxes. Gun in one lock in the other. They shipped them apart as the musket with out a lock wasn’t a firearm, but assembled it was
