Hello From Central Oregon, the land of sage, junipers, and tourists....Lots and lots of tourists....lol Anyways, Hey guys, I'm new here but I've already been posting for a week or so. Highly interested in the fur trade era and the old west. About to enter my thirties next year and already I've gone off the deep end collecting acoutraments and equipment belonging to the fur trade era. My current post is about a capote I'm getting ready to make. I also have me some old west revolvers too but I think right now I'm too involed in the Mountain man fur trade era. Hopefully I'll get brave enough to attend a Rendesvous in my local area in the near future, not sure where to find those though... Anyways I have this entire hobby to thank after I bought my first blackpowder revolver (1858 Pietta) 9 years ago in a Cabela's magazine.... Can't wait to read more of your posts and get to know everyone better! :thumb:
