WTS -

Looking to sell a duplicate in my collection. It was a place-holder for me and it has been replaced.

This is an honest old Civil War period piece. When I got it, it had a marble stuck half way down the bore and it was full of dirt and rocks. I was able to shatter the marble and get everything out.

The nipple is a replacement. The rear sight leaf(s) may also be... I can't remember - but they move freely and are quite nice. It's been a while since I did the maintenance/repairs. Bolster clean out screw is also a replacement.

It has the initials DMC on it... either the soldier or maybe the Delorian Motor Company (hit 88mph and brought back a souvenir?) Although it could have been the little bugger that filled it full of dirt and marbles. LoL

Crack on the passenger side - repair on the rear driver's side - as seen in pictures.

Muzzle has a bit of an oblong edge. Didn't seem to bother it any when firing it.

I have shot this one and it has no problem slinging conical 58 cal projectiles. It's been a few years since I have though.

No ram-rod - I was going to order a repro from Dixie but never got around to it.

I figure this is a good start for someone wanting something authentic from the Civil War.

$675 shipped and insured.

IM for best comms.

Venmo, Zelle, PayP (Discrete) or USPS M/O
