Same here. I stick some lanolin in it too so the same patch lube will work as good as I can figure out for lead bullets in fast twist barrels and in percussion revolvers. Then everything works out of the same bucket. Well, except when it doesn't work!

Where is a good source for Lanolin? Used to be the Navajos would bring the sheep down to a field about a mile from my place, but they never sourced lanolin. I saw some place in New Zealand who sold lanolin, but shipping was stoopidly expensive. Pharmacies don't have lanolin any longer & beeswax is even getting hard to find.

Got some lanolin from a chemical supply warehouse in Pasadena, TX. For beeswax I go to local bee keepers.
