What looks to be a double (barrel ?) underhasmmer caplock rifle or shotgun.

I ran across it while surfing today, never saw anything like it B 4, and there twern't nuttin' about it with the pic.

Yes it's a shotgun :rotf: Look in google images for " sXs underhammer. The photo should be the first one. There you will find where I found the photo. I feel like a thief ... :redface:
 
Interesting. In the history of firearms there have been thousands of experiments and variations. Museums can be fascinating places to look at strange guns. The mind of man is forever innovative. I once saw an experiemental bolt action muzzle loader that was tested for use in the CW. Not accepted but sure a d'ffrn't animule.
