Yeah, I was thinking plastic on the bottle of lube. Still, it sure looks messy with that glob hanging off the end.

What I really was interested in was that capper. It's hard to get a really good look at it but it seems to be really efficient and sturdy. Anyone know what it is?
 
I have no problem with this device. The guy lives in England where guns are highly restricted. Cap and ball revolvers are probably less restricted than cartrdige revolvers. Having the convenience of such a powder charger makes shooting more accessible.

Probably something only available in England.

It appears to just be a spring loaded magazine for caps, with two lips holding the caps in. You slip the cap onto the nipple and pull off to free the cap. The ridgity of the nipple keeps the lips from crushing the cap as you pull off.
