I like a creamy cheesecake...that looks like a pie.

And I always try sprue up because I’m supposed to but after one slap with the ball starter, it’s not up anymore.

They make key lime pie up in idaho!?! Cool, would like to try hers; I thought we had a patent on it down here LOL. Yep Key Lime Pie is one of my best memories as a young man in central FL. Gotta make it real rich with Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.
My mother was born and raised in Florida as was her mother. They made true Key Lime pies. Made with real key limes, and yes with Eagle brand. Not like the imposter pies one finds in grocery stores. Neither of them, God rest their souls, ever set foot in Idaho. I miss all of their cooking. Southern ladies of their generations were not merely good cooks, they were masters of the culinary arts Southern style.

Don't start @TDM just because you got access to all that.

I swear if I lived in the South, I would be 300 lbs.
My wife is a professional baker. A few years ago she won middle TN district fair fruit pie 1st place with her peach cobbler. It is a real challenge trying to lose weight living with that, so your point is a legitimate one. But you should see what she can do with blackberries. Sourdough cinnamon rolls took the gold last year...
