Not sure where to post this but, is a antique flintlock shotgun with barrels less than 18” considered a SBS as far as the law is concerned? I have a chance to buy one locally but wouldn’t want any issues with a 17” barrels.
I have no real need for it but it sure would look nice on the wall for the right price.

When antiques and reproductions are considered the federal government isn’t concerned. However your state may well have a differing opinion. Check your local laws.
