Wait til Sharpe has to shoot the Irish Sgt. in order to join the Maharaja's army. :rotf: That's in the 14th part. :winking:

Love Sharpe. I've got the older ones on DVD. The fourteenth part is a rewrite of "Sharpes Fortress" for TV. The actors are too long in the tooth to place the time period of the film where the book does.

Once you see all the Sharpe series, read the books. As with any film adaptation, the books are much better.

I found most of the books in paperback at the local Dollar General stores, and the rest at the local used book store.
