Had this for years and forget what it came from or where I got it.

From one of the imported muskets no doubt but I'm afraid I can't be of much more help. Can you identify the threads? US or metric?

The button on my 70s vintage Pedersoli Bess is quite different.

Matched it up with my Bess rammer and it is three inches longer then the Bess
