I've got a question for forum members that have purchased Pietta revolvers from Dixie Gun Works. What is the difference between the advertised regular Pietta and Dixie Pietta revolvers of the same model?

Buy the one without the name on the barrel. You don't need to do any advertising for them. Regardless, they're a great retailer and I'm a satisfied customer.

It looks likes some of the "Dixie" Piettas have slightly different features than a standard Pietta. Like the aged looking Army Model.
Same basic guns though.

No difference. The Dixie name ain't there for advertising. They're the importer.
