Hey, This is my first post. I've been lurking for a while. I would like your opinions on the Pedersoli Country Hunter rifle. I like its simpleness. Can someone comment on quality, how it shoots, etc?

Thanks

I have never heard of the country hunter but I think if it is made by Pedersoli it is probably of very good quality.

From looking at Pedersolli's site, the Country Hunter has a 28" barrel and a 1:34 twist. This would mean it would probably shoot conicals and even sabots well. Also if you kept the powder low, there is no reason it would not shoot roundball pretty good..

I have no personal first hand experience with this model rifle. But Pedersolli are good rifles.

Like the others, I don't know that particular rifle, but I know Pedersoli's quality in general. I think I'd buy it on trust, due to their quality. They make really good guns.
