the bore is in fantastic condition with no visible pitting.
The springs are in decent shape. I have not done any work to it in case a collector wants it. If a shooter wants it then wont take much to get it shooting (replace the original nipple etc)

I’m seeing some erosive pitment nearest the breach area surrounding the flash hole. Just curious if this means the rifle can’t be safely fired from this?
