Hi all,
I’m a crazy bowhunter but have had an itch to try out a muzzleloader. I’m here to lurk and learn. Interested in a percussion Hawkin style. One of my other hobbies is woodworking so I was thinking of building my own. I’m a lefty, and the cost is almost $700 for a LH kit! Nope. I may need to resort to RH, or find a rare LH rifle for sale. Anyway, happy to learn from you guys!!!

Howdy Econolly from North Texas and a Southpaw as well.
Most of my black powder arms are RH, but I decided to build an Early Lancaster in 40 cal "wrong handed". Lol.
I had a great mentor, I bought parts as I could afford them, found some parts here, and spend a century putting it together..😁.
I bought a 69cal smoothbore LH on here, so they are out there.
Welcome to the forum.

They haven't developed a pill for our craziness yet, wouldn't take if they did. Like to watch them take it though. Go to Muzzleloader Forum Announcements and Help and look for scammer warning, I'll have the author next time. Good stuff
