I have recently picked up a smoothrifle from a friend. He bought it last year from the previous owner. It has a 36" octagon to round barrel.13" LOP. All iron mounts. No carving, no nosecap, two iron thimbles and an iron entry thimble. It has a siler lock and the only marking is BC on the left hand flat just in front of the Breech Plug. No liner and an outside cone. I'm trying to find out who might have built this one. But I can't seem to find the original ad from last year anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas.
