Years ago I used to visit a friend up at his cabin in the Adirondacks to do some hunting and hanging out. He introduced me to shooting BP--there was a club at the Ticonderoga Fort and I attended their spring and fall shoots for years. Somehow, between career and child rearing I lost the habit. I recently reconnected with my old friend and have been going to shoots again (though the Ti club disbanded long ago). I forgot how much fun it was! Now that we are in the era of online forums, I thought I'd check this place out. Seems like a great bunch of people.

If you don't mind may I ask the general area of the state that you are in? I am in Middelsex county about midway between Hartford and New Haven. Edit: just saw you listed NW CT. Beautiful area
